  • Production of Environmental Album of Songs dubbed “In Our Hands” for public Education on Environmental Protection and Sustainable Development - 1992.

 

  • Production and Publication of Newsletter for Environmental Education of youth and children - “The Evergreen News”

  • Participated in 6th International Conference on Climate Change for Youth In The Hague - 2000

 

  •  Recipient of International Award in Global 500 Roll of Honor Award of UNEP in 2001 World Environment Day Celebration in Italy. The UNDP Global 500 Roll of Honor Award is an honorary tribute given to individuals and groups in recognition of their achievements in environmental protection.

 

  •  Participated in United Nations General Assembly Special Session on Children in USA - 2001 and 2002.

 

  • Participated in World Summit on Sustainable Development in
    Johannesburg, South Africa - 2002.

HIV AIDS
                                                                                                         As a result of the impact of the HIV/AIDS epidemic on human health and the environment, the need for public information and education that creates a culture of openness about the epidemic and awareness among the youth and children was identified by the evergreen club of Ghana (ECOG).


                                                                                                                                                                                                       
YOUTH
                                                                                                                                        As part of its activities under the HIV/AIDS/RH Education/Awareness campaign for youth and children in the Dangme West and Atiwa Districts, the Evergreen Abstinence clubs were established in all the 10 project communities.The formation of this club was aimed at inculcating in the targeted adolescence acceptable moral virtues
